About PRNX
Federal IT, delivered with the rigor the mission deserves.
PRNX is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered in Reston, Virginia. We exist to take the hardest-graded parts of federal IT — accreditation, secure data, custom software, program governance — and make them predictable.
Our story
Built to make federal delivery feel less heroic.
PRNX was founded on a simple observation: most federal program setbacks are not caused by a lack of engineering talent. They are caused by the gap between the talent and the governance, between the artifact and the agency reviewer, between the mission need and the contracting calendar.
We built the firm to close those gaps. Our engineers are paired with mature delivery managers, and our delivery managers operate inside a quality system audited annually against ISO 9001:2015. The result is a delivery model where heroics are the exception, not the operating norm.
Today PRNX supports civilian and defense agencies across cybersecurity, big data, application development, and program management. Our cyberPX platform is used to compress Assessment & Authorization timelines, and our consultants are embedded inside PMOs that depend on us to keep the calendar honest.
What we hold ourselves to
Four principles, applied every day.
Mission first
Every artifact, control, and line of code traces back to the agency outcome that justified the investment.
Process integrity
PMBOK, CMMI, and ISO discipline applied without ceremony — governance that accelerates delivery instead of slowing it.
Cleared and current
A bench of cleared engineers who keep their certifications, security training, and tradecraft sharp.
Earned trust
We say what we will do, then we deliver. We say what we will not do, and we honor that, too.
Leadership
Operators with skin in the game.
The people who shape the firm — and who answer the phone when you escalate.
